My favorite sport of all is "AGGRESSIVE SKATING" ( trick skating} see below,If you don't know what this is, it is commonly referred to as "Rollerblading".aggressive skating is my favorite thing to do to me it is a cool sport.I have been aggressive skating for at least 8 months but i am really good.I broke my arm doing a trick and had 3 surgerys.that waz not very much fun

TERMS

1. ACID DROP:A large fall or gap that you typically jump into/over while on skates.

2. AIR KEDIDI:Any time you catch air, and your legs begin to bicycle as you lose control. Usually comes before a fall.

3. ALLEY-OOP:A move in which you turn one way while rotating another. For instance, you catch air on a ramp going right to left, yet you spin clockwise.

4. ARMOR:Your pads, man! Wear them with pride!

5. ANTI-ROCKER:A type of wheel setup in which you have small wheels in the middle of the skates, and larger wheel on the outside. This allows you to grind easier, by having a bigger are between wheels.

6. BACKSIDE:A type of grind. If you are approaching a bar on your right, and turn 90 degrees counterclockwise to get on it, you are doing a backside grind.

7. BACON IN THE PAN:When you wipe out a good on a ramp. You slide around and shrivel up like a bacon in the pan.

8. BUDGET VARIATION: A variation in which you only have to move one foot. It is much easier than the two foot variety.

9. BUMP: A term for stair riding.

10. CAVEMAN RAIL: The really high and hard to get on rails.

11. CLICKING IN: phrase used to describe the click you make when you jump up and lock in for a grind.

12. DEMON GRIND: A grind in which you soul on the inside of your skate, instead of the usual outside.

13. DROPPING IN: Whenever you enter a ramp from the top of it.

14. DUCK WALK: Where you skate on the toe wheel of one skate and the heel wheel of the other.

15. FAKIE: Anything done backwards. A fakie 360 is a backwards 360.

16. FAST SLIDE: where you do a grind, but only use one foot.

17. GRIND: Where you jump onto something and slide down it on your skates. You usually go parallel to a curb, jump and turn 90 degrees, and slide side ways down it. You can also do any number of variations on this.
